Namelixo (“we” or “us” or “our”) is committed to providing fast and reliable logistics services to our customers. The purpose of this transportation policy is to help you understand the scope, timing, cost and process of delivery.

1. Scope of Distribution
We support delivery to the following target markets:

1.1 United States: including all states and territories.


1.2 Canada: including all provinces and territories.


1.3 Mexico: including major cities and regions (some remote areas may require additional delivery time).


If your area is not listed, please contact customer service to confirm delivery feasibility.

2. Shipping Time
Delivery time is calculated from the time the order is processed and shipped.

2.1 United States
Standard Delivery: 10-15 business days


2.2 Canada
Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days


2.3 Mexico
Standard Shipping: 15- 20 business days
Note: Holidays or uncontrollable factors (e.g. customs clearance delays, weather problems) may lead to longer shipping time.

3. Shipping Policy
We charge shipping fee according to the order amount and shipping method:

3.1 Free Shipping
All orders over $100 are eligible for standard free shipping.


3.2 Standard Shipping
For orders under $100, the shipping fee is $10-$15 (depending on the region) for USA, Canada and Mexico.

4. Order Processing Time
4.1 All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.


4.2 After the order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

5. Order Tracking
We provide logistics tracking for all orders:

5.1 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

5.2 You can check the real-time status of your order on the logistics company's website or on our website.

6. Customs clearance and duties
6.1 USA: Usually no additional customs duties are required.


6.2 Canada and Mexico: Depending on the local customs policy, import duties or VAT may be incurred and the cost will be borne by the customer.

7. Packaging and Protection


7.1 We use environmentally friendly materials for packaging to ensure your handmade shoes are intact during transportation.


7.2 Each pair of shoes comes with waterproof protection and a customized shoe box.


8. Damaged or lost orders
If your order is damaged or lost during transportation, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the goods and provide relevant photos or evidence. We will assist in solving the problem as soon as possible.

9. Special Instructions
9.1 We do not support P.O. Box address (P.O. Box) delivery. Please make sure to provide an accurate street address.


9.2 If delivery is not possible due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.


9.3 Remote areas may require additional time and fees, which will be shown at checkout.
