Our greatest commitment is your complete satisfaction. If you have chosen your product in our online store, but, upon receiving it, you find that there is a manufacturing defect, we guarantee your right to exchange or return it according to the following terms:

Dissatisfaction with the product: within 7 (seven) calendar days of receipt.
Defective product: Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt. (For defects such as: product with damaged glass or screen, apparent scratches, missing parts, the customer has the right to activate the warranty if he/she contacts us within 24 hours after receipt, and always send images and videos of the package received If the customer contacts us after 24 hours, it will be considered that the problem was caused by misuse).

Remembering that the first step for an exchange or return is to contact our Customer Care Center. Our team will instruct the customer on how to proceed with the return of the Product.

To return a product due to dissatisfaction:

The product must not have any marks of use, in the case of watches, the product must not have “slices” removed from the bracelet for adjustment, the product must be shipped in the form in which it was received, with the original packaging (packaging mails, with label).

Once we receive the package, we will do a scan to confirm that everything is in accordance with the return conditions of the Item. After confirmation, our Service Team will contact you and, in this case, you will be able to choose between:


1. Exchange for any other product that is available in our stock.

2. Receive reimbursement of the amount spent on the products.

Shipping to return the product is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Guarantee:

All products in the store are guaranteed for 90 days, counted from the receipt of the product.

For the warranty to be activated, the customer must send us a video of up to 1 minute showing the problem. This video must also show the packaging of the product received (post office package, with label).

The customer can also prove the defect by sending us photos that clearly show the defect and the product packaging must appear in the photo.

IMPORTANT
Our warranty does not cover cosmetic damages that occur after the purchase of the device, such as cracked or broken screens, among other similar problems.

The warranty also does not cover: Damage caused by fluids, such as dropping the product in water or leaving it submerged; although some products are water resistant, there are some limits to respect, different for each product. It also does not cover damage caused by attempts to repair or adapt the device by you or third parties.
